Rivers Speaker receives Fubara’s major loyalists into Wike’s political family 

Martin Chike Amaewhule, Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly connected Tuesday received members of the defunct Simplified Movement, large loyalists of Governor Siminalayi Fubara from the Evo axis, into the governmental campy of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Minister Nyesom Wike.

The delegation, led by the erstwhile Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Council, Hon. Solomon Abel Eke, reaffirmed its loyalty to Wike during the meeting.

According to the delegation, the gathering with the Speaker was aimed astatine formally “returning to the governmental family”, stating that its members were acceptable to enactment with the Rainbow Coalition up of the 2027 wide elections.

Speaking, Amaewhule, who welcomed the delegation, said determination was a “need for governmental stakeholders to enactment unneurotic successful the involvement of Rivers State”.
