The Supreme Court of Nigeria has dismissed an entreaty filed by Shehu Gabam, against the Court of Appeal judgement confirming the enactment of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, nether Prof. Abubakar Sadiq Gombe.

The judgement was delivered on Wednesday by Justices Adamu Jauro, Haruna Tsammani, A.A. Adumein, Jonah Adah and Joseph Oyewole.
