Tinubu hails security forces after rescue of abducted NYSC members in Kogi

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced the rescue of 21 radical abducted successful Kogi State, including 15 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

The victims, who were kidnapped past week, included 8 males and 13 females. Six different Nigerians were besides among those abducted.

Tinubu said the victims were rescued on Monday afternoon pursuing a coordinated Search and Rescue (SAR) cognition involving the military, the Nigeria Police Force, the Department of State Services (DSS) and section vigilantes.

The cognition led information unit to the kidnappers’ hideout successful the forests of Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The rescued victims are presently receiving aesculapian attraction earlier being reunited with their families.
