Tinubu writes Senate, seeks N100.5bn refund for Yobe on Damaturu Airport project

President Bola Tinubu has written to the Senate seeking support for the reimbursement of N100.5 cardinal to the Yobe State Government for the operation of the Muhammadu Buhari International Cargo Airport successful Damaturu.

In a missive addressed to Senate President Godswill Akpabio and work during plenary connected Tuesday, Tinubu requested support for the constitution and issuance of a promissory enactment programme done the Debt Management Office, DMO.

The magnitude requested is N100,509,017,234.55 arsenic reimbursement to the authorities for the airdrome project.
