US court case against Tinubu not criminal — Presidency

​The Presidency has clarified that the ongoing Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, lawsuit involving records relating to President Bola Tinubu earlier a United States national tribunal is simply a civilian records-disclosure quality and not a transgression case.
