NDC loses bid to void Electoral Act clauses connected  campaigner  qualification, enactment      registers   By Ladi Patrick-Okwoli   The Federal High Court successful  Abuja has dismissed a suit   filed by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) seeking to invalidate sections of the Electoral Act 2026 relating to campaigner  qualification and governmental  enactment      rank  registers.  In a judgement  delivered connected  Tuesday, Muhammed Umar, presiding judge, held that conception  138 of the Act, which excludes campaigner  qualification from grounds for predetermination  petitions, is not inconsistent with the 1999 Constitution.
