VCDP warns farmers against excessive agrochemical use, roadside drying

The Federal Government/International Fund for Agricultural Development, IFAD, Value Chain Development Programme, VCDP, successful Niger State has cautioned farmers against the excessive usage of chemicals connected crops, some during cultivation and storage, citing superior wellness risks to consumers.

This informing was issued during a promotion and advocacy run against roadside drying of nutrient items held successful Doko, Lavun Local Government Area, wherever the authorities Business, Marketing and Development Officer of VCDP, Mrs Elizabeth Yisa, linked respective wellness challenges to mediocre nutrient handling practices.

She expressed interest that contempt continuous sensitization, immoderate farmers reportedly inactive misuse chemicals, posing superior wellness dangers to the society.
