Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has been named the finest manager in the world by British broadcaster Piers Morgan.

Morgan made his assessment after observing the former Barça manager reprimanding goalkeeper Ederson for a few minor mistakes during his team’s 4-1 victory over Arsenal in the Premier League on Wednesday.

On Wednesday night, Guardiola led his squad to a convincing 4-1 victory over Arsenal thanks to a brace from Kevin De Bruyne and goals from John Stones and Erling Haaland.

Morgan tweeted on Monday morning, “This was the moment I knew we were screwed last night,” along with a brief video of Guardiola yelling at Ederson after De Bruyne’s first goal.

“Guardiola interrupted the celebration of De Bruyne’s spectacular first goal to chastise Ederson for a small mistake no one saw.

That explains why his teams are so tenacious and why he is the best manager in the world.

Man City now sits in second place in the Premier League, two points behind Arsenal thanks to the win over the Gunners.

The Citizens, though, have two games remaining and have a chance to unseat Arsenal from the top spot in the standings.
